Alexis Frazier is a forward-thinking healthcare leader passionate about turning big ideas into real solutions for patients. She serves as Senior Director at Mayo Clinic Platform, where she leads strategic partnerships with biopharmaceutical, medical device, and life sciences companies. In this role, Alexis brings together clinicians, researchers, and industry innovators to accelerate the discovery and development of new treatments—leveraging data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence to help bring more cures to patients.

Before joining Mayo Clinic Platform, Alexis held leadership roles within the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center, where she worked to expand access to cancer screening, prevention, and clinical trials while improving the overall experience of care for patients and their families. During this time, she also helped advance early cell and gene therapy programs, supported the launch of North America’s first Carbon Ion Therapy facility, and led the creation of Cancer Care Beyond Walls, a nationally recognized initiative designed to bring cancer treatment directly into patients’ homes.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University and a Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Outside of her professional work, Alexis is passionate about expanding equity and access in early childhood education and enjoys investing her time in initiatives that support students and strengthen communities.
