Our Founder
Donna Orender is a powerhouse executive whose innovative leadership shaped some of the most recognizable brands in the sports industry. Orender is the former president of the WNBA, PGA TOUR Senior Executive, and current CEO of Orender Unlimited. She is a nationally-recognized business leader, innovative thinker, keynote speaker, entrepreneur and author. Passionate about making a difference and drawing on her extensive experience in sports, entertainment, media businesses, as well as her career as a professional basketball player and hall of fame athlete, Donna founded Generation W.
Generation W began with one woman and one idea: Donna’s belief that when people come together, magic happens. Generation W launched as a one-day event in April 2012 as a venue to bring women together and build thought leadership, confidence and engagement around the currency of great ideas.

Today, Generation W is an ever growing and enthusiastic community, a national non-profit, that embraces the guiding tenets of education, inspiration, and connection and the impact of women’s leadership for the betterment of the country. We are action-oriented and motivated to make a difference in the world. Generation W includes four key components: Generation W, Generation WOW, Generation WORKS, and the best-selling book, WOWsdom: The girls guide to the positive and the possible.

W’s programs are nationally recognized and continue to propel change. Our events, books, and curriculums work together to create awareness and understanding of the relevant issues of our time and the action steps available to affect change. We invite anyone who will to join in the process of improving family, work, community, and beyond.

As the Chief “Get It Done” Officer, Kasia personifies the unlimited possibilities of what’s next. An attendee of Generation W 2012, Kasia was inspired to follow her heart and desire to contribute her outstanding organizational, problem solving and get it done skills to grow the mission and goals of Generation W. With more than 20 years of experience and a passion for details, Kasia loves to learn, collaborate, and create.

Senior Director of Video Production and Creative Development

Sherry Levin has empowered young female athletes to become the best version of themselves and achieve their highest goals during her 30 years of coaching basketball.
Working in an academic setting has given her a keen perspective on how to build confident leaders of today and tomorrow. As a member of Generation W’s dynamic team, Sherry continues her ambition of shaping the next generation of self-assured young women.

Director of Events & Operations

With over 20 years in the event industry, Rachel Fosbrook is excited to bring her experience to Generation W as our Director of Events & Operations. She has spent her career loving the excitement of events but was looking for a way to use those skills for a better purpose. Generation W is the perfect place! Rachel is a Jacksonville native with a passion for this community. She is on the Board of Directors as the Director of Communications within MPI North Florida, and she is a steady volunteer with her kids’ school PTA. Advocacy and challenging the norms push Rachel always to be better than the day before. She is looking forward to being a part of the incredible future ahead! 

Kristin Lamoreaux

Development & Engagement Manager

Louis is the Development and Engagement Manager at Generation W, where he brings a unique blend of storytelling, event management, and nonprofit expertise to amplify the organization’s mission of inspiring women and girls to reach their full potential. Louis began his career teaching piano to kids, which sparked his passion for mentorship and community impact. With a strong belief in the power of mission-driven work, Louis is proud to help create opportunities that foster connection, growth, and lasting change.

Program Coordinator – Generation WOW

Britni is passionate about utilizing her years of experience working with kids and teens to equip the next generation to become the best version of themselves. As a Bartram Trail graduate and Jacksonville native, she enjoys investing in the local community. Her life motto is to ‘never meet a stranger,’ allowing her to forge connections with people from diverse backgrounds. She is excited to use her talents to empower our WOW girls to dream big, be bold, and achieve their goals!

Program Coordinator – Generation WOW

Chloe is a proud alumnus of Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development. Throughout her life, Chloe has been passionate about empowering women and creating opportunities for them to thrive. This passion began during her time in high school’s Generation WOW club, where she honed her leadership skills and cultivated a strong sense of purpose. Chloe is excited to continue her journey with Generation WOW, helping to uplift young women and foster connections among them.

Za’Nya Davis

Za’Nya Davis is a 2025 graduate of Florida State College at Jacksonville, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media. With a strong background in the arts, she explored a wide range of artistic disciplines including theater, modeling, singing and writing. A graduate of Douglas Anderson School of the Arts with a concentration in Creative Writing, Za’Nya became a published writer early and continues to share her creativity through published articles in Folio Weekly Magazine. Beyond her professional and creative endeavors, she enjoys getting lost in a great book, listening to music and truly embracing all that life has to offer.

Nolan Clarke

As Operations and Events Coordinator at Generation W, Nolan brings a strong hospitality background and a solutions-focused mindset to the planning and execution of the organization’s programs and events. With experience rooted in hotels and guest services, he is known for his attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to create seamless, welcoming experiences. He plays a key role in supporting operations that advance Generation W’s mission to inspire and uplift women, helping deliver impactful initiatives that foster empowerment and meaningful community connection.

Sofia Cruz

Sofia Cruz is a Media Studies graduate of Flagler College with minors in Digital Media Production, Journalism, and Film. Creativity has always been at the heart of her work. She worked as a stylist and graphic designer for Strike Magazine, helping develop creative concepts, style shoots, and design layouts for both print and digital platforms. She enjoys being involved in every step of the process and bringing ideas to life in a visual way. Outside of work, Sofia’s creativity carries into her everyday life. She enjoys crafts, music, and finding small ways to make things feel more personal and artistic — whether that’s designing, creating, or simply exploring new ideas. At the center of everything she does is a genuine love for storytelling and self-expression.
