That was the theme of this year’s  GENERATION W, featuring amazing storytellers and experts — from athletes to corporate leaders, actresses, authors, and some of our up-and-coming WOW girls — who shared their authentic experiences and helped us see the world and its possibilities in a fresh light. 

Generation W has become recognized as a day filled with the spirit of possibility by a community that gathers from across the country to be energized, educated, entertained, and inspired throughout a day that ultimately delivers lessons and friendships.
