Prior to her current role, Jacey served as Director of Practice Transformation, where she advanced robotics and AI adoption in inpatient settings and introduced technologies designed to increase patients’ sense of serenity and safety during hospitalization. She also served as Enterprise Administrator for Advanced Care at Home, Mayo Clinic’s home hospital program spanning multiple markets, and previously led operations for Primary Care and Advanced Care at Home in Florida.
Before joining Mayo Clinic, Jacey worked as an industrial engineer in family entertainment (The Walt Disney Company), aerospace (Gulfstream), and manufacturing. She earned her Master of Health Administration from the University of North Carolina and her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University
As a former engineer turned healthcare transformation leader, Jacey is passionate about designing digitally enabled facilities that pair human connection with intelligent systems — creating environments where technology simplifies the work of the care team and elevates the patient experience.
