Karen Feagins is a Vice President and Client & Community Relations Director for PNC Bank’s North Florida market, where she leads community partnerships and philanthropic strategy across Jacksonville, Gainesville, and Daytona Beach. Before joining PNC in 2018, Karen spent more than a decade with WJCT Public Media, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer after holding senior leadership roles in content, operations, and programming. She holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri–Columbia, and her early career as a television and radio journalist shaped her strengths as a listener, storyteller, and strategic communicator.

Outside of work, Karen is deeply committed to her community, serving on the boards of the Early Learning Coalition of Duval, Leadership Jacksonville, and WJCT Public Media. She and her two daughters are part of a blended family with four young adults—three now off at college and one newly behind the wheel. As she adjusts to having a little more time (and a lot fewer carpools), Karen is enjoying the freedom of a less-crowded schedule and filling some of that time by learning to play the guitar.
