Pat Geraghty is an experienced healthcare and business executive with more than four decades of leadership in health insurance, corporate governance, and strategic management. He recently retired from GuideWell / Florida Blue after a successful 14-year tenure as Chief Executive Officer (2011–2025), during which the company quadrupled in size, growing from approximately $8 billion in revenue to $33 billion. Under his leadership, GuideWell / Florida Blue was consistently recognized as a great place to work and received numerous awards for community engagement, healthcare innovation, and organizational excellence.
